I am a first time customer and ordered a radiator for an old tractor. I only get up to my farm on weekends (its in Utah and I work in Vegas) so it was important that my order be delivered on time. Otherwise I would lose a full week of cultivating at a critical time of the year.

The order was sent via On Trac and was supposed to arrive in Utah on Friday. Well the order never arrived and On Trac does not have a live person that you can get to so I left numerous voice mails and emails all of which were ignored until Monday when I am back in Vegas. On Trac informs me that they had my radiator but somehow it disappeared from the time it left Cedar City but they would keep looking for 8 days. I told them I didn't have eight days, they were non pulsed and so I got on the phone with your company.

I have to tell you that Superior Cooling handled my order so professionally and I had a replacement radiator in my hands two days later. I am nothing but impressed by your systems and people.
