Found a replacement radiator for my Ford backhoe on their website. Awesome price and they guaranteed it not to leak. UPS delivered it the next day! I took it from the box and discovered it had a small puncture that appeared to have happened during shipping. I took pictures and called them. After a very short visit by phone, they shipped a replacement next day and said UPS would pick up the damaged one in a few days. Great customer service experience!
