My customer had two very old custom built radiators rotting away offshore in the Gulf of Mexico. The equipment would need to be in service in just ten days due to the project start-up date. If we could start off matching these radiators with something close, we could save our customer some time and money. To match these radiators, all we had was pictures and measurements. Our two parts people looked for two days trying to match these old custom radiators up as close as possible. We found a Superior Cooling Systems radiator that would give us a good starting point to making a match. Thank God they put a picture of their radiators with measurements on-line.Price Shipping Time Quality
We called Superior Cooling to order that day. I emailed the day before the quoted shipping date (On a Sunday afternoon no doubt) asking to contact me if there were any problems getting my order shipped the next day. We may have saved a few thousand dollars, but if we were late on delivery, it would be all for nothing. But my concerns were put to rest 5 minutes later when Senior Director, Justin Spence sent me a conformation email saying everything was going as planned and shipping confirmation numbers will be sent tomorrow. The rest of the job was up to us.
When you need people to carry the ball like you would carry it, call these guys. They have an unmatched sense of urgency. Oh and the price was 20% cheaper than the next closest radiator.

Appreciate all your help in specifying and getting this radiator built !! Tell your engineering group (esp. Dave T.) and your shop folks that I appreciate the hard work and quick turnaround. When I first started checking into a replacement radiator a few weeks ago, I encountered several vendors and lead times of 2 months to as little as a few weeks. When I finally asked Travis to place the order and they started the build process on March 14th, it's satisfying to see that it's on its way only a week later.Price Shipping Time Quality
